The Ford Purchasing team adds critical value to the entire organization. You'll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You'll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want.

The Supply Chain Program Team is responsible for delivering vehicle programs on time, within budget, and with compliance to key regulatory requirements. We are the leads within the Supply Chain team to oversee the deliverables to the vehicles, managing target setting, sourcing, cost, quality and operational execution to get profitable vehicles successfully to market. Additionally, we are part of cross-functional vehicle and powertrain teams, supporting numerous forums as the recognized Supply Chain leader. This Senior Manager will be supervising Program Managers and Program Buyers, who are responsible for key sourcing deliverables (timing, cost, regulatory requirements, etc.). This role requires ability to provide strong leadership and navigate complex problems, and offers high visibility and significant opportunities for growth and development. Role requires a high level of business acumen, resilience, cross-functional process knowledge, agility to quickly pivot, and ability to develop and execute plans, both long and short term.
