Responsibilities Manage 15-30 active cases from inception through completion. Manage client relationships and regularly consult with clients and third parties to effectively move cases towards a successful conclusion. Develop case strategies and provide leadership and direction to staff. Cultivate relationships with the Firm's clients and participate in business development. Be a team player with the intention of building a long-term career with partnership opportunities. Qualifications A minimum of three(3) years of bankruptcy experience, including complex business disputes. Be comfortable and effective in the courtroom. Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions of settlements. Demonstrate proficiency in all forms of communication. Ability to conduct research and write exceptionally well. Demonstrate pride in working enthusiastically and doggedly. Compensation $100,000 - $125,000 yearly Thank you for your interest in our firm.
