About the Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of the organization's Salesforce environment and help maximize its value across the business. This individual will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and continuously improve the platform.

As the organization's first dedicated Salesforce Administrator, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. You will help establish best practices, improve processes, build greater adoption, and serve as a key bridge between the business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator and subject matter expert for the organization.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and identify opportunities to improve Salesforce.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flows, automations, reports, dashboards, fields, objects, and validation rules.
• Design and build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and leadership.
• Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions while maintaining platform scalability and usability.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide ongoing user support and guidance.
• Help improve Salesforce adoption, data quality, processes, and overall user experience.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain Salesforce administration best practices as the organization continues to mature its Salesforce environment.
• Support integrations with third-party applications where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including:
• Reports and Dashboards
• Flows
• Automations
• Custom Objects and Fields
• Validation Rules
• User and Security Administration
• Experience partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Strong business requirements gathering and discovery skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of Salesforce initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience supporting Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud environments.
• Experience establishing Salesforce processes, governance, and best practices within a growing organization.
