Maintenance TechnicianExpress Employment in River Falls is currently recruiting for a company looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team! The Maintenance Technician is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment.Shift: 7AM-3:30PM (Monday-Friday)Pay: $18.89-$28.37/hr - DOELocation: Baldwin, WIJob duties:Ensure all machinery is operating as it is designedControls downtime by effectively troubleshooting and diagnosing problems quickly and accuratelyAbility to troubleshoot various robots and automation systemsAbility to repair chillers, thermolators, resin driers, loader systems, grinders and tower fansAssist Maintenance Manager with machine installations; which includes electrical and plumbing skills Assist in preventative maintenance of company vehiclesMaintain all facility grounds and buildingsWork with subcontractors on facility maintenanceEnsures that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelinesMaintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & reviewing technical publicationsRequirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent2 years in Maintenance and Machine repair2-5 years of Injection Molding and Assembly experienceAbility to test, troubleshoot and repair equipment using knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics and control logicPrint reading, Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Electrical/ElectronicsAbility to use test equipment (multi-meters, calipers, micrometers)Ability to operate a forklift and move heavy equipmentAbility to safely lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally through a team lift.Must possess a valid state driver's license.
