As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first point of contact for homeowners, ensuring they receive the best customer experience while guiding them toward the roofing solutions they need. Your mission Convert inbound calls into booked appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure every homeowner is scheduled for a consultation with our expert team. What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls with confidence and professionalism – You’re not just answering the phone; you’re building trust and excitement. Convert calls into scheduled appointments – Your goal is to ensure every qualified lead results in a booked roofing inspection. Master our scripts & sales techniques – You’ll be trained on high-performance call handling to increase booking rates. Follow up with unscheduled leads – We don’t let potential customers slip through the cracks. Confirm appointments & reduce cancellations – Ensure homeowners are home and ready for their consultation.
