Job Description: Addison Group is seeking a Leasing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the leasing team. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional who can quickly learn new systems, manage data accurately, and assist with a variety of administrative and ad hoc tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide backend administrative support to the leasing team. Perform heavy data entry and review information across multiple systems. Compare and verify data between Yardi and Salesforce to identify and correct discrepancies. Review spreadsheets, create reports, and maintain accurate records. Conduct research on competitors, including rental offerings and pricing. Monitor and follow up on property-related issues, including lockbox and hub connectivity concerns. Coordinate with appropriate teams and vendors to address property system or access issues. Handle a high volume of emails, typing, and administrative tasks. Assist with various ad hoc projects and administrative requests as needed. Periodically assist with customer calls and other leasing-related support. Qualifications: 2-3 years of data entry and/or administrative experience. Experience in property management or real estate preferred. Leasing Assistant, Leasing Specialist, or similar experience preferred. Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required. Experience with Yardi and/or Salesforce preferred. Ability to manage multiple ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
