Sr. Technical RecruiterMust-have skills:6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.3+ years recruiting for technical/engineering roles.Experience hiring senior IC to director-level positions.Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and ATS experience.Key responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategy.Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle.Advise hiring managers using market insights and recruiting best practices.Coordinate interviews, manage offers/negotiations, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.Preferred:Experience in MedTech/medical device or robotics recruiting.Strong consultative recruiting approach.Education:Bachelor's + 4 years, OR Associate's + 6 years, OR High School Diploma + 8 years of relevant recruiting experience.
