As the F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations at Old Buck's, our Pool Restaurant and may assist with the oversight of other Food & Beverage outlets as needed, ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. The ideal candidate will have open availability to work weekends and holidays and will be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor staff to ensure productivity, quality, and exceptional customer service. Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they meet our high standards. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Prior serving and/or bartending experience is a plus Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
