We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Dispatcher to join our growing team in Romulus !

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and assist a large team of drivers and driver helpers (including schedules and documentation).
• Comply with all applicable rules/regulations. Receive important incoming calls/information from airline clients and the airport and communicate it to respective departments.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Ensure all vehicles are in working condition (i.e. compliance, fueling, maintenance).
• Process all meal ordering information and reassure prompt and correct distribution to all involved departments.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Maintain safety work place Decimates general information to the public and other concerned parties regarding department policies, procedures and applicable federal, state and local laws.
• Create and review reports as necessary.
• Update transportation databases.

Qualifications:

• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Requirements necessary to obtain airport ID
• Excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Team leader qualities and outstanding communication skills.
• Dedication and attention to detail with regards to customer service
• Solution seeker and effective decision maker
• Hands-on in order to make sure all flights are successfully dispatched on time.
• The ability to manage quickly to overcome any deficiencies in the transportation department
• Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in the similar role
• Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
