This position is remote, allowing you to conduct therapy from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, leading to the creation of individual treatment plans tailored specifically for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, addressing the unique needs and circumstances of a diverse client base.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and guidance as they progress through their treatment journey.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches to meet clients’ preferences and desired outcomes, which may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors work with a wide range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. As our services are tailored to meet an array of needs, you will have the opportunity to impact diverse populations within the Moreno Valley community and beyond.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and establish trust with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a thorough understanding of clients' experiences and challenges in order to foster a supportive environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills that enable effective management of therapy sessions and related documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services or using virtual platforms for therapy is preferred, enabling a rapid adaptation to remote work dynamics.
• Prior experience working with specific populations relevant to our client base can be an asset, particularly those facing trauma, depression, or anxiety.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods and how to apply them effectively in a virtual setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
