If our mission inspires you, wed love to hear from you./ph3About the Role/h3pAs an In-Home Onboarding Specialist, youll play a foundational role in onboarding new members capturing the details of their home so Casa can take it from there. Your professionalism, presence, and attention to detail will directly shape the members first impression./ppYoull be the friendly, polished face of Casa during onboarding visits. Together with a teammate, youll visit member homes to inventory appliances, lighting, safety systems, paint, and more creating a complete digital profile of the home./ppThis role blends hospitality, logistics, and light fieldwork. Youll use our specialized app and equipment to document everything cleanly and accurately, ensuring the home is ready for ongoing service./ppThis is a mobile, field-based role. You must be comfortable entering private spaces, interacting with high-end clients, and operating responsibly and discreetly inside their homes./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliConduct detailed, room-by-room inventories of residential homes/liliPhotograph appliances, electronics, lighting fixtures, and other home assets/liliUse a camera to create 3D scans and floorplans (training provided)/liliUse a paint scanner to log exact wall colors and finishes/liliLog utility locations, fire safety devices, and other essential home infrastructure/liliSpeak with homeowners to gather context, vendors, and preferences/liliRepresent Casa with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times/liliHandle equipment carefully and document all work accurately in our app/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: home services, concierge, logistics, facilities, high-end customer service, or related fields/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliDetail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured workflows/liliComfortable working in others homes with professionalism and discretion/liliAbility to lift and carry equipment, move through multi-level homes, and perform hands-on tasks/liliMust have a reliable personal vehicle, valid drivers license, and proof of insurance/liliTech-savvy: comfortable using apps, iPad, smartphone camera, Bluetooth-connected tools/liliClear background check required/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience in property management, real estate, home inventory, in-home services, or inspection/insurance assessments/liliHospitality or white-glove service background/li/ulh3Compensation Perks/h3ulli$30/hour starting rate/liliFlexible weekday/weekend scheduling (2040 hours/week depending on availability)/liliProfessional equipment, training, and app access provided/liliOpportunities to grow with a fast-moving startup/li/ul/div
