POSITION - Punch Press Operator JOB LOCATION - Port Washington, WI STARTING DATE - Immediate EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp to hire EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full Time WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday 3:30pm to 1:30am STARTING PAY - $20 to $22 per hour BENEFITS - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Punch press experience preferred OR experience operating metal stamping or similar machinery As a Punch Press Operator, you will be working in a metal stamping environment operating punch press machines to produce high-quality metal components while meeting production goals. Responsibilities- Operate punch press machines to produce metal parts
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic measurements using gauges or calipers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Punch press experience preferred OR experience operating metal stamping or similar machinery
- Experience in metal stamping or manufacturing environments
- Ability to read basic measurements and use inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
