From Clock-In to Clock-Out: What You'll Need To Get Behind The Wheel.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 40°F) for extended periods
• Ability to work at heights of 20-30 feet when PIT certified
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, stand, and move throughout the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations that support the safe and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment following established procedures
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
• Receive, store, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse departments and assist with special projects as needed
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control procedures
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Train and become certified on powered industrial trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including :
  • Order Picker / Cherry Picker
  • Forklift
  • Reach Truck
  • Turret Truck
  • Pallet Jack
  • Walkie Rider
