Extrusion Associate 1st Shift

Job Description Base Pay: $16 per hour plus $2.50 per hour shift differential for night shift. Work Schedule: 2-2-3 Responsibilities Extrusion Operators visually inspect extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards. Ensure product consistency and standards, including proper counts, packing patterns, and labels. Maintain required paperwork. Perform online quality inspections. Operate packaging equipment. Qualifications Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch. Related machine operation experience. Ability to stand and work on feet for 12-hour shifts; able to bend and lift. Basic math skills. Ability to read English and inspect quality test product. Manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Work independently and within a team to meet goals and quality standards. Must be at least 18 years of age. Understand and follow safety policies. Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check. No experience required; manufacturing and extrusion experience highly preferred.
