.Net Lead with AWS

Experienced .NET Lead
We are seeking an experienced.NET Lead with strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, architect scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration of.NET applications with cloud-native services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#.
- Integrate applications with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation).
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/EKS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product Owners) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in cloud environments.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and foster continuous learning within the team.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in.NET and AWS to recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM).
- Proficiency in DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Terraform).
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, security protocols, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
