Morning News Anchor

WAOW-TV is in Wausau, Wisconsin is looking for a morning anchor to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to join a company who loves broadcasting and cares deeply about the product and its people. We need a great storyteller, an incredible writer, and someone who enjoys being part of a team. You must love news and be driven to make a difference in our community. Previous experience as an anchor is preferred. If you’re ready, this is your chance to be a key player at a dominant station. You will anchor and produce Monday-Friday as well as set the pace and share your ideas for a terrific morning show. You will also have the chance to create highly promotable stories, so you can showcase your skills as a reporter.
