Active Virginia Physical Therapy license prior to the assignment start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency with common SNF interventions, including transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and durable medical equipment training preferred.
