Reimbursement Analyst - Remote (Must be local to Boston, MA) Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a Reimbursement Analyst to support reimbursement reporting, regulatory filings, financial analysis, and revenue-related accounting activities. This role works closely with finance leadership to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with government reimbursement requirements, and timely financial analysis.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reimbursement and cost reporting documentation.
• Support regulatory filings and compliance-related reporting requirements.
• Perform financial analyses related to revenue, reserves, and reimbursements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and potential impacts to revenue.
  Qualifications
  • Experience preparing Medicare cost reports in a hospital setting.
  • Prior experience working with a Massachusetts healthcare organization required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
