We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a thriving practice with flexible hours and competitive compensation. You will play a key role in preventive oral healthcare, building relationships with patients and helping maintain their dental health through education and treatment.

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Licensed dental hygienist

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR certification
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description

Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and application of sealants and fluoride treatments
Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and dental records
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and overall health connections
Assist dentists with treatment planning and provide clear explanations to patients
Maintain infection control protocols and comply with OSHA regulations
Record all patient care and treatment details accurately in dental software systems
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize productivity
Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and work areas according to established procedures
Collaborate with a courteous and professional dental team to enhance patient experience

Shift & Schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. One, Two or Three days available to work.
