Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Spokane, Washington. This role involves providing urgent and high-quality care in a Level III Trauma Center within a Short Term Acute Care facility. Candidates are required to bring their valid nursing license on the first day. The position involves floating between units as necessary to meet patient care demands.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights (12 hours)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, valid Allied license in hand, at least 1 year of experience in emergency or similar clinical settings, Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working at a Level III Trauma Center, experience with Epic electronic medical record system, and community hospital experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours each, minimum of 36 hours per week beginning on 06/29/2026.
• Additional Information: May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities; refusal to float may impact employment status.
• Certifications & Skills: Proficiency in managing a wide range of clinical situations including abdominal pain, psychosis, asthma, blood product administration, burns, ventilated patient care, central line care, chest tube management, IV sedation, stroke management, overdose, emergency medications, airway management, dysrhythmias, multisystem organ failure, behavioral health conditions, trauma, and more.
• Experience & Licensing: Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience, with current licenses in place at the time of submission.
• Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine status unknown.
• References: Two references covering at least 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the past 3 years, to be provided during the compliance process prior to start.
• Other Requirements: Candidates must be willing to float between facilities; no direct outreach to facility contacts unless for an agreed-upon interview communicated by account management.
