Senior Operations Analyst | Financial Services Hartford County, CT - 4 days on-site Looking for a role where attention to detail, accounting knowledge, and reliability matter more than chasing the next promotion? Our client is looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst to join a stable, close-knit team in the financial services industry. This is a hands-on operations role that combines data management, reconciliation, reporting, client support, and basic accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities. What you’ll do: Process daily transactions and maintain accurate operating records Perform daily, weekly, and month-end reporting and reconciliations Review client cash collections and accounting activity Analyze financial and portfolio data and identify trends Support client onboarding and ongoing operational needs Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting Provide backup support across the Operations team Work directly with clients and internal colleagues What we’re looking for: Accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data Good communication and customer service skills Ability to manage daily deadlines and recurring processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office Associate’s degree in business/accounting preferred; equivalent experience considered Why consider it?
