American Driver is hiring CDL A drivers in Pensacola, FL. Pensacola sits on I-10 in the western Panhandle - a strong base for drivers looking to run Eastern OTR lanes out of one of Florida's most active freight corridors connecting the Gulf Coast to the Southeast.

• 4-6 weeks with a dedicated mentor, fully paid
• Live freight from day one - real loads, real routes
• ELD, HOS, pre/post trip inspections covered in detail
• Weekly pay throughout the entire program
• Solo transition at $0.56 CPM after completion

• Dry van, no-touch freight
• Around 60% drop and hook
• 2,200-2,500 miles per week
• Eastern routes with consistent year-round freight
• Day and night dispatch depending on load

• $0.56-$0.65 CPM based on experience
• Weekly earnings typically $1,200-$1,500
• Extra pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
• Six-month pay increase
• $300 paid orientation
• Weekly direct deposit

• Planned home reset every two weeks

• Assigned Freightliner or Kenworth (2022-2025)
• APUs on all units

• Valid Class A CDL, age 21+
• Must have completed a minimum of 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
• No major violations in last 3 years
• No DUI in last 5 years
