Your Impact

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical lab testsencompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols closely.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, address troubleshooting needs, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Keep meticulous documentation of all processes, mentor new staff or students, and actively contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work space while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree along with preparedness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year of joining.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your employment.
