Filevine’s Marketing Associate - Webinars , is responsible for the end-to-end creation and execution of webinar production for Filevine’s multiple webinar initiatives, including thought leadership, public product demonstrations, partnership webinars, paid webinars, and CLE educational webinars. This position requires a collaborator who can also get into the technical weeds of a webinar campaign. This role is the quarterback of the entire webinar program at Filevine. This includes owning and managing the webinar calendar, the creation of registration pages, the quarter-backing of comms for webinar registration and follow-up, and managing the strategy and technical production of each webinar from start to finish. In addition to organizing the campaigns around webinars you will be an integral part of the marketing content process at Filevine, helping ensure webinar content is planned, coordinated, and executed effectively. You will work with other marketing team members to create and maintain a system of record so that all Filevine employees are able to find the appropriate content they need. What You'll Do Own and maintain cross-collaborative processes between Marketing, Product Marketing, and appropriate teams/stakeholders for all webinar campaign kick-offs Set, measure, and consistently meet performance goals for each scheduled webinar Ensure webinar strategy is being delivered with the appropriate speakers, support and content Assist in developing webinar topics and content outlines Coordinate and continuously maintain end-to-end webinar logistics including scheduling, registration setup, and technical testing Support creation of webinar promotional materials including emails, landing pages, and social media content Manage webinar platform setup and ensure smooth technical execution. Track all pertinent webinar metrics and provide analysis for on-going improvement Follow up with webinar attendees and no-shows with relevant content and resources Create post-webinar summaries and analytics reports and ensure all pertinent internal stakeholders have assets and information to drive performance goals Maintain webinar calendar and coordinate with speakers/presenters Upload and tag new content in all appropriate channels including internal tools and public-facing systems What You Are Good At You are good at understanding how to tie strategy to outcome You stay organized when juggling multiple projects and deadlines You are an avid note-taker with a penchant for organizing your thoughts into cohesive processes You are a polished communicator with poise in tense situations You’re motivated by a fast-paced environment and you attack your work day with rigorous energy You love learning new technology platforms, and seek to understand the full capabilities of any software you get access to You are agile and able to adjust quickly and easily if needed You are quick on your feet and able to solve problems in a high pressure environment such as live broadcasting Requirements 2+ years of experience in a technical role or position focused on organizational or communication skills Experience with webinar software Experience with project management Comfortable working with executive leaders Experience with marketing automation tools a plus Filevine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
