This role will focus on delivering automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support evolving business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to implement scalable automation solutions and provide ongoing production support.Primary ResponsibilitiesAutomation Development & Delivery - Design, develop, and implement automation solutions based on prioritized business requirements.Process Automation - Automate manual, repetitive, and operational processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and risk reduction.Solution Enhancements - Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions as business processes and requirements evolve.Production Support & Maintenance - Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and provide ongoing support for automation solutions in production environments.Testing & Quality Assurance - Develop and execute testing strategies while incorporating appropriate validation, logging, exception handling, and monitoring controls.Business Collaboration - Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, support user acceptance testing, and facilitate implementation.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Maintain technical and functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities to ensure long-term solution sustainability.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
