Easy Apply Is Not a Job Search

One-Click Apply Trains You to Expect Silence

LinkedIn Easy Apply feels like work. It is not. Data analyst hiring managers want SQL, a visual portfolio, and a story about a KPI you moved. They do not want another generic "detail-oriented Excel user.” If you never hear back, the button is doing what it was designed to do: collect volume, not champion you.
Show the Work in 30 Seconds
You create dashboards, data-quality stories, and business cases a recruiter can scan. Resume rewriting puts tools and outcomes first. Interview prep covers live SQL and "walk me through this chart” rounds that Easy Apply never prepares you for.
Then JOPP's client network does the part job boards refuse to do: introduce a prepared candidate.
