This role will drive cross-functional programs spanning content creation, validation, workflow optimization, AI-enabled automation, and operating model evolution. The Program Manager will partner with senior investment, business, data science, digital, and technology leaders across the firm to identify opportunities, align priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes."I am the person Capital Group is looking for."7+ years of experience leading complex business transformation, program management, product management, or strategic initiatives.Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with executive visibility and diverse stakeholder groups.Strong understanding of program management, process transformation, technology delivery, change management, and operational execution.Experience working with AI, automation, digital products, data platforms, or emerging technologies preferred.Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, and drive results across business and technology organizations.Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes and executable plans.
