Director, LCCA Planning & Acceleration

About the Team Workday is at the forefront of the AI revolution, and our Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) team is leading the charge. About the Role Responsibilities Delivering High‑Impact Results : Work in partnership with the Chief Legal Officer and the LCCA Leadership Team to define and refine LCCA’s core strategic objectives. Draft an annual strategy aligned with company goals, execute the strategy and related OKRs, operationalize processes, and monitor progress with a check‑in process. Driving Operational Excellence & Rhythm : Evaluate, refine, and optimize the LCCA rhythm of the business, including meetings, stand‑ups, off‑sites, and town halls. Accelerate leadership actions, sharpen accountability, and foster continuous improvement. Fostering Cross‑Company Engagement and Alignment : Build trust with senior partners across Workday to ensure effective collaboration, serving as the LCCA point of contact for key corporate functions. Maximizing Efficiency & Vendor Partnerships : Liaise with Finance and leadership on budget forecasting and management, maintain vendor and law firm relationships, and manage LCCA e‑billing and matter management tooling. Nurturing a Culture of Collaboration & Development : Partner with People & Purpose to maintain a healthy culture, assess team feedback, and implement development initiatives, including AI usage and non‑AI skill development. Leading an Impactful Team : Manage a small team of finance and program management professionals, ensuring high‑impact results and supporting strategic departmental initiatives. Qualifications Required : 15 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or program management, including 5+ years in enterprise SaaS. BA, BS, or equivalent. Other Qualifications : Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, strong relationship building, empathy‑driven leadership, extraordinary organization skills, intellectual curiosity, persuasive influence, executive presence, people leadership, strategic thinking, detail orientation, confidentiality, and discretion. Pay Transparency The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location are $207,300‑$310,900 USD and for additional US locations $175,000‑$310,900 USD.
