Cost Accountant

Cost Accountant As the Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for the cost accounting and general ledger functions for assigned manufacturing plants. The position will act as the liaison between the plants and the HQ finance organization for cost controlling and financial reporting. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for this position. What will I get to do in this position? Prepare plant financial budgeting/forecasting reports Perform monthly closing and variance analysis Ensure consistency between plants for cost expense categorization Issue monthly financial KPI's for plant cost controlling Prepare monthly general ledger account reconciliations Develop product cost standards Prepare financial data for internal/external auditors Support SOX controls for areas of responsibility Perform ad hoc analysis as needed What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent area of study Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or related field preferred Ability to work independently to successfully complete assignments Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills What will set me apart? R3 SAP experience in FI and CO is highly desired SOX audit experience a plus Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below). Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000 Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
