Customer Service Representative Warehouse Enviornment

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative Warehouse Environment to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative Warehouse Environment, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Warehouse Environment

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $19 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high service standards
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and orders
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Solid multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
