BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR

• We are hiring immediately for full time BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location : Callaway House Austin - 505 West 22nd Street, Austin, TX 78705. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. 7 day operation. Varying days and hours. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : 5 years of prior kitchen supervisory experience is required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
