Key Responsibilities Lead Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement & Customer Operations Drive MRP, production planning, inventory & capacity planning Manage supplier performance, sourcing, negotiations & risk mitigation Improve OTIF, service levels, cost, inventory & working capital Lead and develop high-performing supply chain teams Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, R&D & Logistics Ideal Candidate 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience 5+ years of people leadership Manufacturing experience; nutraceutical, food, pharma or regulated environments preferred SAP Business ByDesign experience is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, PTO & Tuition Reimbursement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Teksky LLC
