- 4+ years of professional experience in HR and Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Good understanding of the range of HR service lines, employee relations, and colleague life cycle events
- Understanding of local labor context and internal policy considerations and willingness to expand knowledge
- Very good knowledge of payroll processes and financial concepts related to compensation, taxation, and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of ERGANI and willingness to quickly learn new HR/People systems
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to manage ambiguity with an open mind and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
- Strong Excel skills, including ability to manage, analyze, and reconcile data across multiple sources
- Evidence of sound judgment, professionalism, maturity, trustworthiness
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Greek languages, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
