Lead Outbound Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic outbound prospecting to identify and engage international businesses requiring cross-border payment solutions.
• Conduct high-level lead qualification and cold calling to introduce the company’s digital platform and FX services.
• Manage the end-to-end top-of-funnel pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of booked appointments for the closing team.
• Own and optimize the outreach process to meet a target KPI of £12k in monthly sales profit .
• Collaborate with leadership to refine the sales script, lead lists, and outreach strategy.
• Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions and pipeline movements within the company’s tracking systems.

Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven track record in Lead Qualification and Cold Calling .
• Advanced expertise in Pipeline Management and the closing process.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
• Ability to work GMT hours with flexibility, including core overlap during 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM GMT .
• A strategic mindset with the ability to operate independently in a remote, offshore capacity.
• Experience in Fintech , Foreign Exchange (FX) , or Cross-Border Payments .

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with blockchain/stablecoin payment ecosystems.
• Previous experience in a startup environment during the initial traction phase.
