Human Resource Generalist
Ruiz Food Products
- Knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of areas of Human Resources including but not limited to policies and procedures, benefits, regulatory compliance, recruiting, training and employee relations.
- Advises Team Members of policies and procedures, communicate benefit information and changes, hiring opportunities and effective HR practices regarding Team Member issues.
- Maintains accuracy of HRIS System (UKG/UltiPro).
- Develops and prepares weekly and monthly reports as requested.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize, multi-task and work extended hours as necessary to accommodate workforce schedules.
- Maintain knowledge, understanding and adhere to safety policies, USDA, GMP's, QA, HACCP, Sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies.
- Assists Team Members directly with routine inquiries.
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
- Assist with birthday club and other employee relations events.
- Perform other duties in support of department or company needs as required.
