This position will play a key role in assisting our underwriters with preparing and reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Responsibilities Assisting underwriters in gathering, reviewing, and verifying loan documentation Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all loan files Preparing files for underwriting review Communicating with loan officers, processors, and other team members to resolve outstanding conditions Maintaining compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements Qualifications Previous experience in mortgage lending, underwriting, or processing Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency with mortgage software systems and Microsoft Office Suite Compensation $40,000 - $52,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
