We're looking for a Senior Commercial Maintenance Account Manager to lead the growth and operational performance of our Commercial Maintenance Division.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is just as comfortable in a client meeting as they are on a job site. You'll drive new business, grow existing accounts, and lead the managers and crews who deliver on that promise every day. What You'll Do

• Own client relationships grow and retain a portfolio of commercial accounts through proactive communication and service excellence
• Drive new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery through close
• Identify and sell enhancement opportunities landscape upgrades, irrigation, turf and bed enhancements, and snow and ice management services
• Lead annual snow and ice sales planning, including renewals, new sales, and winter readiness
• Lead and develop Operations Managers and field teams, overseeing labor planning, scheduling, and routing
• Coach, mentor, and hold your team accountable to a culture of professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement
• Manage divisional budgets, labor costs, and key performance indicators
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth, pricing, and forecasting

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
• 3+ years in a management or leadership role, leading multiple crews or teams
• A track record of relationship-based sales and business development success
• Strong understanding of labor management, production metrics, and financial performance
• Experience with CRM and landscape management software (LMN or similar) preferred
• Strategic mindset with strong operational and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A results-driven, self-motivated approach and comfort in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
