Tool And Die MakerTrillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity in Battle Creek, MI for a 2nd shift Tool and Die Maker!Shift hours are 5PM-5AM. Pay rate is $37-39hr. Under the direction of a Tooling Supervisor, the Tool and Die Maker is responsible for repairing dies and making adjustments as needed to run dies in accordance with the customers' standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTool and Die Maker must be able to troubleshoot conditions in a production settingPerform die set operationsPerform preventative maintenance on metal stamping diesPerform quality checksPerform other duties as requiredTool and Die Maker must complete all required and applicable training required by its customersQualifications RequiredHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED)Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a sheet metal stamping facility or similar experienceMinimum 1-2 years of experience with large transfer and progressive diesAble to lift 40 lbs. frequently depending upon reworkBe able to work 2nd shiftTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
