Fogelman is seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to join the team at The Villa at River Pointe, located in Little Rock, AR. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Accompany prospects to model/vacant apartments and discuss size and layout of rooms, available amenities, and terms of lease. Ensure consistent follow‑up with prospects. Process application for approval in compliance with policies and procedures. May be responsible for processing lease renewals. Schedule move‑ins and complete all lease paperwork with prospects. Walk all move‑ins prior to the move‑in date to ensure readiness. Follow up with new residents after move‑in. Inspect condition of premises periodically and arrange for necessary maintenance. Plan and coordinate resident events. Courteously and efficiently handle resident requests and complaints. Assist with all marketing duties, including preparation of market surveys. Assist with sending out all resident notices. Weekend work may be required. Adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to safety and fair housing. Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills One year of experience as a leasing professional is preferred. Up to one year of related experience or training; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable. Experience with virtual and in‑person community tours is preferred. Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred. Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media, and resident functions. Familiarity with the local market preferred. Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship‑building, and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required.
