Pediatrics Physician

This South Georgia community hospital, a JCAHO accredited facility, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatrician to join the hospital staff in a traditional office-based setting to provide inpatient and outpatient services. This employed physician will receive a competitive salary based on MGMA guidelines, contractual benefits (including participation in health, disability, and malpractice insurance programs) relocation expenses and educational loan assistance, as well as, office setup and support from the medical center administrative management team. Practice highlights include Clinic hours 8-5, M-F Schedule also accommodates walk-ins How many providers are in the clinic/day? M, T, W 2 providers until noon, 1 pm; Th - 2 providers all day; F - 3 providers until 1, 2 pm How many patients do they see per day? 30-40/day varies Call information : 1 in 4 but will rotate to 1 in 3 w/o locums help, person on call also handles after hours calls for practice How do they manage the hospital in regards to the clinic- when do they round? Round each morning, C-sections during day must be present asap How many patients do they average in the hospital per day/month? 30/mo, hi 40, low 6 Any new baby information I need to know - are they present during c-sections? Must be present during c-section, deliveries are follow-ups Salary for a full time pediatrician ? $230-$240k, loan repayment or H1B costs covered (phys only) EMR - Cerner Community Works EMR integrated w/hospital.
