This facility produces industrial wire goods including filter bag cages and wire frames — and they're looking for candidates who can weld accurately, follow specs, and keep up with a consistent production pace on a 4-day schedule. On-the-job training available for candidates with foundational welding skills who want to develop in a wire manufacturing environment.What You'll DoAssemble and weld wire products, frames, and components to specificationSet up and operate welding equipment on a production lineRead and follow work orders and welding specificationsInspect finished welds for quality and dimensional accuracyMaintain a clean and safe workstationWhat We're Looking ForWelding experience (MIG, spot welding, or resistance welding preferred)Ability to read simple blueprints or work instructionsPhysically able to stand for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environmentStrong attendance history — strict point-based attendance policy at this facilityReliable transportation to North Royalton, OH 44133Able to pass background check and drug screenWhat You'll Earn$15.00–$18.00/hour based on welding experience and skill level.
