• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
• 35 hrs face-to-face patient care, 5 hrs admin time weekly
• 20 - 24 patients per day -- mix of all ages
• Hospital privileges required
• 40-min new/annual visits, 20-min follow-up and sick visits
• BLS certification required
