Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

Role Overview The Developer Experience team sits within Moveworks' Platform org, building products and platforms that serve developers. The team's north star is supply, enabling developers to build more value for employees who rely on the assistant every day. What You Will Do Build end-to-end product features across the full stack, own developer-facing product surfaces, and contribute to platform services. Bring strong UX and design sensibility to everything shipped, and move fast to prototype, validate, and iterate. You'll work directly with product, design, and ML engineers to define what to build, and identify rough edges in the developer experience to fix them. Requirements 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful full-stack product work Strong frontend fundamentals — React (or equivalent), component architecture, state management, and an eye for UI quality and interaction design Solid backend engineering fundamentals — REST API design, service communication, data modeling Python and/or Go for backend development Product sense and UX instinct — you think about the person using what you're building, not just the spec Speed and ownership: you can take a fuzzy problem, make it concrete, and ship something real without a lot of hand-holding Strong communication skills across product, design, and engineering Benefits Base Salary Range: $143,200 - $243,000 Flexible work arrangements Equal Opportunity Employer Accommodations for candidates with disabilities Export Control Regulations compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr ServiceNow
