Conduct daily departmental rounds to ensure nursing service personnel maintain top-notch nursing standards. Engage in facility surveys by government agencies, following requests by the DON and ADON. Address complaints and grievances in a timely and effective manner, always aiming for resolution and improvement. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional resident care. Oversee and evaluate day-to-day Nursing Department functions in compliance with regulations. Participate in facility surveys and address grievances to maintain high quality standards.
