Why Drive for Loudon County Trucking?

Since 1996, Loudon County Trucking has built its reputation on treating drivers with respect and creating real opportunities for long-term success. Drivers here run on contracted freight and steady miles, backed by a team that focuses on dependable support instead of guesswork.

If you're looking for consistent work, fair pay, and a company that shows up for its drivers, Loudon County Trucking is ready to put you in the seat.

CDL-A Local Driver Overview

Strong weekly pay that adds up. Earn $1,800-$2,000 weekly gross* on 27% of loaded freight pay, currently paying up to 84CPM.*
Get paid to get started. A $5,000 sign-on bonus* helps you hit the ground running as you transition into the role.
Modern trucks built for comfort. Drive 2020 and newer Freightliners equipped with an inverter, fridge, and microwave, plus an outward-facing-only camera that keeps the focus on the road, not the cab.
Local routes, real flexibility. Run local and regional routes on a variable shift, 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM, with occasional overnights as freight demands.

Benefits & Perks

Coverage that backs you up. Medical, dental, and vision through BCBS of Alabama, plus short-term disability and life insurance, and a 401k to help you plan ahead.
Recognition that rewards loyalty. Take part in the Drive for Gold Rewards Program, with special recognition for veterans and million-mile milestones.
Support that keeps you moving. Run with 24/7 dispatch and breakdown pay, plus 6 paid holidays and weekly pay.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

There is no deadline to apply. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
