Technical Project Lead - Infrastructure

Provide operating system Refresh and Imaging services for new Client devices in a timely and efficient manner to meet the Client's schedule in its Windows 11 Upgrade Project. This Resource will be the project lead and will be the primary interface with the Client. The Contractor lead Resource will manage the other Resource(s) and ensure completion of the Deliverables. The lead Resource's Deliverables include:

1. Managing and overseeing the Refresh and Imaging of the Client's end user devices by the Resource(s).
2. Completing the applicable completion form and compliance with the Client processes and protocols.
3. Identifying and remediating obstacles to the successful Refreshing or Imaging of devices and providing a report to the Client of the issue(s) and the resolution.
4. Documenting the root cause analysis in the daily report of issues identified and resolved.
5. Interfacing with the Client designated personnel to manage progress and planning.
6. Lead weekly status meetings with Client designated personnel to provide written progress reports on the Deliverables.

Skills Required:

• Must have prior hands-on experience with Windows Upgrade
• Must have experience with Windows 11 Upgrade
• Resume must showcase the relevant upgrade experience
• Must be capable of working independently and adhere to the given timeline.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
