General Overview Dental Hygienist – Forest North Dental Beautiful, Modern Practice $7,500 Sign on Bonus No Weekends! Compensation: $50–$55/hr and may increase based on experience + lucrative hygiene bonus program Schedule: 4 days per week with No weekends! Monday: 8am-6:15pm Tuesday: 8am-5:15pm Wednesday: off Thursday: 8am-6:15pm Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm Your dental care should be enjoyable, informative, and never stressful. Responsibilities Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment Qualifications What You Bring Illinois Licensed Hygienists Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Strong communication and leadership skills A compassionate, patient‑centered approach Ability to connect with diverse patient populations At Forest North Dental, we believe exceptional care begins with an exceptional team.
