Engineering Technician - Inspector - 2nd or 3rd Shift
Lebanon, IN | $23/hr ($25/hr once hired on)


Are you mechanically minded, detail-oriented, and ready to work with cutting-edge engine parts? We're hiring Engineering Technicians/Inspectors for a growing company in Lebanon, Indiana. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality and precision in the production of engine components.


Shift Options:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Pay:

• $23/hr to start
• Increases to $25/hr upon hire

What You'll Do:

• Inspect a variety of engine parts, brackets, and components for accuracy and quality
• Use hand tools and measurement instruments to perform precise checks
• Enter and track inspection data using Microsoft Access and Excel
• Review and interpret blueprints to confirm specifications
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to maintain high standards
• Work primarily at a desk with some movement throughout the shift

What You'll Need:

• Strong math and measurement skills
• Experience using hand tools and precision instruments
• Ability to read blueprints ( must pass a blueprint test)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
• Background in engineering, mechanical work, or maintenance technology preferred
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Some engineering schooling or related experience
