Felix Construction is seeking a Benefits Analyst to enhance the employee experience and manage self-funded benefit programs. You will serve as SME for benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and analytics with a focus on self-funded medical plans. In this role you will administer plans, analyze claims data, prepare leadership reports, coordinate with TPAs and brokers, ensure ERISA/HIPAA compliance, and support annual Open Enrollment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Felix Construction
