What You'll Do Build new client relationships through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound prospecting. Consult with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance needs. Present customized solutions for Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance. Develop referral partnerships and become a trusted resource within the local community. Consistently follow a proven sales process to exceed monthly production goals. Deliver exceptional customer service that creates long-term client relationships. What Makes You Successful Proven success in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or account management. Highly competitive with a strong desire to win and exceed goals. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. Strong organization, follow-up, and time management. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team. Insurance experience is helpful but not required—we provide industry-leading training.
